They are stamped into the door frame, you can't remove the arm rest.
However, if you're wondering how to get to the INNER mechanism of the door, you have to remove the outer door skin. Instructions are elsewhere.

You'll have to remove items like the arm rests (if applicable) and any window cranks (if applicable), then carefully insert a flat head screwdriver at the bottom between the door and the inner panel and carefully pry it back. There will be approximately 10 separate retaining clips. Try not to distort them.
fold back seat down, take ashtrays out of rear arm rests, remove the screws holding down the top of the arm rests, remove arm rests, remove plastic panel below the back window, above the back seat, same thing to the plastic panel above the rear window, remove screws holding in side panels, and pry them away from the side of the truck, provides access to rear speakers. DO NOT attempt to remove the side panels, as this requires unfastening the seatbelt mounts, as well as removal of the back seat.
First class arm rests typically offer more padding, adjustable height and width, and may include additional features such as built-in storage compartments or charging ports. These features make first class arm rests more comfortable and convenient compared to the simpler arm rests found in economy class.
