To remove the dog box from a 2000 Chevy 3500 van, first, ensure the vehicle is parked on a level surface and the engine is off. Remove any screws or bolts securing the dog box to the van's floor or sides, which may require lifting the box slightly to access them. Once detached, carefully lift the dog box out of the van, ensuring not to damage the interior. If necessary, enlist help for larger boxes to prevent injury or damage.
