In a 1991 Plymouth Acclaim, one flasher is located in the fuse box, typically found under the dashboard on the driver's side. The second flasher is usually located near the steering column, often mounted on or near the ignition switch or behind the dashboard. To access it, you may need to remove panels or covers around the steering area.
