There are two door hinges on the outside of each door.
Each hinge has a nut on the bottom.
Remove the nut from each hinge, then, open the door and look at the bottom of the front side of the door on the inside and you will find a nylon strap that keeps the doors from swinging all the way to the fender.
Lift the strap up off the post and lift your door out of the hinges.
Depending on how strict your local driving laws are, you might need to get some mirror relocating brackets, so you can still use your side mirrors. I think mine were 30 bucks

on the bottom of the hinge pins there is a nut, you remove that and then lift the doors straight up!!
