try first to pull the head rest at a certain point you can't pull it no more so try to insert a pin in small hole in the base of the head rest and pull at the same time it will come off
take a screwdriver and remove the covers on the side of the console unit these should just snap on and off now remove the hex head bolts that hold the arm rest to the unit seems like 8mm hope this helps
