Plastic panel at brake pedal has two clips to remove it. Then the panel under steering collumm has two Philip head screws one at each end of bottom. Panel has to be pulled outward toward driver seat at top of panel (note hard to pull panel has two clips on left side and one on right).Now pull left side fuse cover you will see a screw holding dash in (Phillips head). Open glove box at top left see screw (Phillips head) remove screw then you have to pull on plastic dash has 9 clips to open start at left side of dash.(note has a wire harness in middle of dash to unhook). You will see a double metal cradle under steering collumm has 4 10mm. bolts remove four bolts take out cradle. There is two 10mm bolts holding key switch in remove bolts.Key switch willdrop down to the open space where you removed cradle take off wiring and shift cable at switch. reverse prosses and good luck.

You're going to have to unbolt the steering column and drop it down. The ignition switch will be on the top of the column along with your high beam switch. Unbolt the switch then unplug it.
