It is quite simple really. First remove the door panel. Once the panel is removed, there are three small bolts in a triangular pattern towards the front/center of the door. Remove these three bolts and the motor should fall. Once it has dropped, all you have to do is unplug the wire connector. Installation is in the reverse order.
