Depending on the engine and your level of skill and confidence, expect to spend anywhere from 1/2 hour to 3 hours doing it. For hemis and magnums, you will definitely need either a true spark plug deep socket with its rubber insert, or an old spark plug wire boot to remove and insert the plugs.
On my 2002 4.7L Magnum (it should be the same process for a 2003 magnum or hemi), for instance, as a confident and fairly skilled DIY'er, it took me just over 2 hours (taking my time, not rushing). It also involved removing the air intake plenum, disconnecting some vacuum lines, moving some a/c lines, inspecting the things I uncovered, etc. Once that is done, simply unbolt each individual coil (one bolt each) and disconnect the wire to it before pulling it up and off the spark plug. Then ideally you want to blow or vacuum out the spark plug tube, remove the spark plug and vacuum the tube again (carefully so as not to knock debris into the open cylinder). Installation is the reverse process.

To replace the spark plugs on a 2000 Dodge Intrepid with a 3.5-liter engine, first, ensure the engine is cool. Remove the engine cover if necessary, then disconnect the ignition coil connectors and unbolt the coils to access the spark plugs. Use a spark plug socket to carefully remove the old plugs, inspecting them for wear, and then thread in the new spark plugs, making sure to torque them to the manufacturer's specifications. Reattach the coils and connectors, and replace the engine cover if applicable.
You need to remove the upper intake manifold to access.
Disconnect the battery, remove the cables and boot covers, and remove the old spark plugs. Next, properly dispose of the spark plug, put in the new spark plug, attach the boot cover and wires, and connect the battery.
The 5.9 liter (360 CI) is a V8 type engine, thus there are 8 spark plugs.
You will need to remove the spark plug wires on your Chevrolet 3.1 liter engine. Remove the spark plugs with a 5/8 deep well socket. Turn the socket to the left. The spark plugs will come out. Reverse the process to install the new spark plugs.

0.35 in according to O'reiley's.
