Push down and back on the front edge of seat, 1st on left side then on right side. Then pull entire seat section up and out.
You have to remove the upper intake manifold.
The Chrysler Cirrus did not come out until 1995. You reset the check engine light with a scan tool or by unhooking the battery. If you have not repaired the cause of the code the light will come back on.

The distributor is on the right side of the motor and it is bolted with two bolts front and back. This part is to be removed very slowly a little at a time on each side where it is bolted. you must remove the intake to remove the dist. completely.
Remove ground cable. Using a prying tool, gently pry outward and remove the trim bezel. Unfasten the mounting screws holding the radio. Pull outward and remove the wiring harness and antenna lead from back of radio, remove radio from car. In stall in reverse order.
4 Cylinder it is on the back of the block. 6 Cylinder it is next to the oil filter.
To remove the instrument cluster from a 1995 Chrysler New Yorker, start by disconnecting the negative battery cable for safety. Next, remove the trim pieces surrounding the cluster by gently prying them off. Unscrew the mounting screws holding the cluster in place, then carefully pull it out from the dashboard. Finally, disconnect the wiring harnesses at the back of the cluster to fully remove it.
