The dash plate just pulls out, if that makes sense. Just be careful not to scratch the dash itself when you take it out. To get to it, you'll have to take the cover off the steering column. This plate (if this is the one that surrounds the gauges, you'll want to pop it loose with something plastic, like a spoon or your fingers.There are two or three screws that hold that on. Make sure the retainers are inside the holes before you snap it back in. Good luck.
