its not verry dificult. #1 remove the Phillips screws theirs one in the door handle,the lower left corner of the panel ,upper right next to the pillar # 2 their is a cover on the window lever, pop it off and theirs an T type screw inside remove it then the handle . the door pannel should lift up and then off . The speaker itself , remove 4 screws ,un plug and replace the size is 5x7 all around 2 front and 2 rear .
