first you will need to remove all the screws in your door pull-armrest and there may be one by the inside door handle look all around the edges of the door panel for screws especially at the bottom of your dood.then using a flat scraper that is fairly stiff slip it between the door and panel and it should start popping loose,it has plastic pins that hold it in place.and go slowly until it is free.be careful not to force too hard or you could damage your panel.and lastly you may need to buy some or all of the pins the hols it in place,try napa or Ford and most body shops carry them. after you remove all screws lift up and the panel will slide to reinstall line all L shape gromets and push down. do not pry the panel off it will break!!!!!
