take out the screws, one under the handle/armrest, one under the reflector on the bottom of the door, then one that holds the bezel on the actual latch you pull to open the door.
Then there is one more you need to take out, but, ya gotta look for it, i don't remember quite were it was. Its under the door panel i think that ya gotta pop the panel with the window and lock controls off to get to it. After that start at the bottom and tug till it pops of working from the bottom to the top then you lift it up to get it off. Be careful not to rip and wires loose.
