It can be hard but easy at the same time. # remove screw and door handle trim # remove red reflector lense with a small screw driver it clips in # remove bolt from behind red reflector # remove bolt from door pull handle # Pull door panel off door # unhook wire harnesses tweeter, power door switch, power window switch. The door panel is held on with clips that snap in it can be a pain in the but to get these off be careful pulling on the door pocket it can break. i just cautiously yanked on it and it popped off start in one corner and work from there the tweeter houseing is part of the door frame FYI Hope this helps
