First, securly chock the rear wheel, place the transmission in park. At this point, *break* the lugs on the wheel loose, but do not remove them. Find the jacking point of your specific van, raise the van off of the ground until the tire is completely airborne, then finish taking off the wheel lugs, and them pull the tire/wheel off.
