remove upper fan shroud, unbolt fan from water pump, remove belt, remove hoses from water pump, remove water pump bolts, transfer heater hose fitting to new waterpump, clean up old gasket, install in reverse order.

Unfortunally you need to remove the entire dash assembly in order to gain access the the blend actuator. Consider replacing the heater core while your in there only because the amount of work involved to do it later if it should leak.
Check the heater core if weather not responsible.
