The 1988 Chevy Cavalier spark plug wires are quite easy to remove. The spark plug wires simply pull off on each end. Put the new spark light wires on by pushing downward on each end.
Remove the spark plug wires from your 2000 Chevy Impala spark plugs. Remove the spark plugs with a 5/8 deep well socket by turning the socket to the left. Reverse the process to install the new spark plugs.

They are hard to get off, you will need to twist them left and right and just pull on them. They will come off.
