you will need a 6 inch extension,15mm,14mm,13mm,10mm,and 8mm sockets.
disconnect the negative battery cable,lift the car up and put it on stands, the starter is located on the passenger side (rear of the engine) underneath the car,remove flywheel shield for better access to the starter, remove the two bolts holding the starter, making sure to note the position of the starter shim, tilt the starter downwards to have access to the wires connected to the solenoid and remove the 2 wires connected on each terminal.After starter is free,you will have to pull it out from where the trans. and the exhaust meet(that would be the biggest gap to squeeze the starter out). Installation is reverse and be sure to replace the shim.
