same as you do on any other Chevy . There is a special tool made for it but i make mine out of an old regular,flat head, screwdriver by bending the tip 90 degrees with a 1/16 lip. Squeeze it down behind the handle until you find the clip grab it and pull upward and it will come out and you can take your handle off !
