Assuming that you mean "wiper blade" (blade and frame) which are replaced often rather than "wiper arm" (piece from the spindle at the hood to the wiper blade) which are rarely ever replaced, the 1991-1994 Oldsmobile Bravada has "3/16" side lock" wiper arm attachments and the 1996-2004 Oldsmobile Bravada has the most common hook-end wiper arms. See Sources and Related Links below for installation videos. Also, purchase the replacement blades first and there will be additional instructions/illustrations on the replacement packages. Its very easy.

To remove the windshield wipers on a 2007 Scion tC, first lift the wiper arm away from the windshield. Locate the small tab on the underside of the wiper blade where it connects to the arm, press this tab, and slide the blade downwards to detach it from the arm. Repeat this process for the other wiper blade. Once both blades are removed, you can replace them with new ones if needed.

Not sure what you mean by "windshield wiper cover," however if you're asking how to remove the rubber blade from the plastic frame - be careful. The end caps do come off but its not recommended. I recommend simply replacing the entire wiper blade. See videos on link below.
Lift wiper assembly off of windshield into "up" position. Rotate 90 degrees. Pull wiper blade assembly gently toward the windshield. It slips right off. Note: Put protective barrier like cardboard or a towel over windshield in case blade assembly snaps back toward windshield to avoid cracking the windshield.
There are several things that you can do to help stop your windshield wipers from squeaking. Clean the wiper blade often to remove dirt and debris. Squirt windshield cleaner fluid on the windows to remove dirt. Ensure that the wiper is screwed in correctly. Replace the blades when it is needed.
I've got a better question, why is this question in the Chevy venture forum ?
wipers wiper blade windshield wipers
You access it from under the hood. Facing the engine compartment you have to remove the plastic panel underneath the passenger side windshield wiper blade. Remove the passenger wioer blade arm, then remove the 4 or so plastic tabs. Then remove the plastic caps closer to the windshield there are screws underneith remove them then remove the ruber seal over the portion of the panel it is covering. There is another plastic cover underneith that one and that is where the filter goes. Hope that helps.
are you serious... life blade off windshield, unclip plastic fastener off the center of the wiper arm, remove wiper, replace in reverse order.
This question can't be answered exactly without the model of the vehicle. That said, most Oldsmobiles that year have either standard hook end arms or side lock arms. See Sources and Related Links below for videos and wiper blade info.
