Bring to qualified mechanic. Or buy or rent air compressor, impact gun, ball joint press metric sockets and wrenches, PB Blaster rust breaker/lubricant, torch to heat up metal, a good pair of safety glasses and band-aids, a jack, tire chalk, jack stands, repair manual, lunch maybe for one side and dinner for both sides. Replace upper and lower at the same time and get ones wither servicable grease fittings and use good grease every 3k. 2 wheel drive maybe easier? Salt, rust and corrosion makes the job worse. Good luck.
