From what the Autozone / Chilton's Repair Guide shows on doing this, it sounds exactly like the Windstar.

The bearing is integral to the wheel hub, and is mounted to the steering knuckle with 3 15mm bolts.

The problem is that the top bolt is obstructed by the the axle - one person reports that all he did was push the axle back far enough to get a wrench on that bolt - saved having to do all the other disconnecting.

NOTE: I found 1 picture of a Freestar/Monterey hub/bearing - it appeared to have a wired sensor built into it. If true, that would be a (small?) difference between yours and the Windstars.
