If you are asking about just the top pad you will need to pop of the wood grain strips under the dash. Do this by getting in behind the strip with a small flat head screw driver and pop it loose as you work your way down strip. Be carefull as these will crack. Once off you will see screws along the dash I believe they are 7mm. Take these out then pop out the vent in the center of the dash close to the windshield. There you will find I believe 2 more screws take these out. Then all you have to do is simply pull the dash toward you as you lift up. There are clips where it meets the windshield that it will pop out of. This is very easy just be carefull of the wood grain. Hope this helps and good luck.
