I have a 2008 Saturn Vue. I was driving during a heavy rain storm, I had my wipers on the fasted they would go. Not long after, the passenger side wiper just quit. The drivers side wiper works fine. Could it be a window wiper motor?

Most likely you will need to replace the wiper motor. If you can hear the motor when you turn the wipers on, then you will need to replace the wiper transmission.
