3 disconnect the air bag yellow wire from the air bag not from the clock spring, disconnect the other black wires from the clock spring and the single wire for the horn
4 take off the bolt from the steering wheel and then take the steering wheel
5 take the plastic covers from around steering column there are three screws
6 take the old clock spring they are two screws
7 put the new one in place and then repeat the steps backwards
buying a dodge was your first mistake
