The fuel filter is located under the rear area of the car near the center. Jack up the car and secure it to make it safe for crawling under. From the rear of the car, you'll see a barrel shaped filter with fuel lines running to it under the rear passenger seat area. You should relieve fuel pressure from the lines before removing the fuel filter. I just remove the fuel cap for this. Be sure, also, to use a backup wrench on the fittings. The fuel flows only in one direction so be sure to install the new filter in relation to the flow.
