Its A Difficult Job Having To Remove Lots Of Interior Parts. I Would Suggest The Dealer Or A Very Good Mechanic. Good Luck Also, have them look at the evaporator core while they are in there. It is in the same spot and they have been known to fail at about 5 years. Mine did. It is a documented problem with the 99's and 2000's.
