Not to familar with it but I have changed a heater core and it requiers pulling out almost the whole dash assembly down to the firewall and it is located on the passenger side. You also have to remove a hand full of things under the hood but that van has a tight engine bay and it would be difficult. I know the console in that van comes out to access the engine but how much room you will have is the question. I know shops charge a a pretty penny somewhere lik e $1500ish. Good Luck

Check your cold cranking amp from battery. May need a larger battery with more amps. Also you need a tune up
put the bigest battery that will fit
