Take the bolts out remove bummper install new reinstall bolts
Hi, I was looking for instructions as to "How to replace 1998 Toyota Camry rear bumper cover" and you got your question. If you have already replaced then please let me know otherwise I'm going to replace the part this weekened and I will let you know. Take care, Sam
the bumper will have to be removed.
You have to pull down the inner fender skirts to gain access to the fasteners of the front bumper cover. Once you've got the front bumper cover pulled away from the headlamp assembly then unfasten the assembly then it can pulled out without the bumper or front of the fender being in the way.
very carefully lol
The 1998 Volvo front bumper is held in place with eight retaining bolts. Remove the retaining bolts and the front bumper will come off. Reverse the process to install your new front bumper.
Yes, if they are both the same generation.
drop the bumper and take the headlight housing out
I've done it but it was years ago and I'm working from a poor memory. The grill has to come out to give you access to the fasteners holding the plastic bumper cover on. They are held by an ingenious little plastic clip that you access from the front of the vehicle. These "Clips" have to be rotated 90 degrees to unlock them and there are 8 or so total to undo. Look around the edges of the grill and you will spot them. once you get access to the bumper cover there are screws on the top and bottom of the cover that must be removed to get access to the bumper structure. The "bumper itself is pretty easy to replace as it is just bolted to the frame; getting access to it is the trick I think I also remove the headlights to allow access to the bumper cover as well. Good luck.
There are two ten mm bolts on top in the plastic header panel which must be removed. There are two more under the bumper cover. You must remove the bumper cover to access them.

To remove the front bumper cover on a 1998 Mercedes-Benz ML320, start by disconnecting the battery for safety. Next, remove any screws or bolts securing the bumper, which are typically located in the wheel wells and underneath the front of the vehicle. Carefully pull the bumper away from the body, ensuring to disconnect any electrical connectors for fog lights or sensors. Finally, lift the bumper off and set it aside.
Take the old one off, and install the new one. Dick.
