remove the wheel and the axle bolts remove the axle then you have to have special sockets to remove the ratcheting lock nuts to get the hub off once you have the hub off pound out the old seals remove the inner bearings inspect them and or replace them pack them with grease then tap in the new seal (inner) rplace the hub on the truck and put it back together the way you took it apart the racheting nuts are all different so you would have to message me back or send a pic so i know exactly what you have.
