I just completed by replacement this past weekend and it was much easier than I thought it would. First remove the door panel, there is a square head bolt in the hadn rest and one torx screw holding the handle cover on. There is also at least one torx screw holding the door panel on the edge. After the screws are removed gently pry the door panel off the door being carful not to break any of the plastic tabs. Once off remove the door handle and remove all of the bolts around the metal panel in the door. Now drill through the rivets holding the regulator to the metal panel, there are two large rivets and one small one. You will then be able to lossen the regulator from the window glass, unscrew the 3 screws fastening the regulator to the motor and remove the regulator. then install the new regulator to the window glass and reinstall the regulator to the motor. The 2 large rivets I replaced with 1/4 inch galvanized bolts with lockwashers and nuts, I used 1 inch longs ones. I replace the small rivet holdin the regulator to the motor with a similar sized rivet. Once the regulator is attached to the motor and panel you can reinstall the metal panel to the door with the bolts, reinstall the door handle and reinstall the plastic door panel to the door reinstalling the screws.
