To replace the air pump on a 1994 Ford E350, first, disconnect the negative battery terminal to ensure safety. Next, locate the air pump, which is typically mounted near the front of the engine. Remove any brackets or hoses connected to the pump, then unbolt it from the engine. Install the new air pump by reversing the removal process, ensuring all connections are secure, and reconnect the battery.

On a 2005 Ford E350 van, the cabin air filter is located behind the glove compartment. To access it, you'll need to remove the glove compartment by either unhooking it or removing screws, then you can find the filter cover, which can be unlatched to replace the filter. Make sure to consult your vehicle's manual for detailed instructions.

You'll probably find that the compressor is cycling on (cool air) and off (warm air} Probably low on gas. You may need to replace the lower pressure switch attached to the dryer unit.
You will have a bad rear expansion valve and once the system has been opened you should replace the a/c accumulator as well...........
