To replace the EATC (Electronic Automatic Temperature Control) module in a 1995 Toyota Camry, first disconnect the negative battery terminal to ensure safety. Remove the dashboard trim and the screws securing the EATC module, then carefully pull it out from the dashboard. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the old module and connect them to the new one, then reinstall the module, secure it with screws, and reattach the dashboard trim. Finally, reconnect the battery and test the system to ensure proper operation.

Will a 95 Camry 2.2 liter California emissions Onegin fit in a 98 Camry?

No you don't. They can cut the pipe and weld the flex pipe into place...otherwise it will get VERY costly
The 95 models did not use or have a crank sensor. If you are not getting any fire at the plug wires, then you probley need to replace the ignition module that is inside of the distributor.
I had the same problem, I had to replace the mass airflow sensor also the computer module ~ runs great now.
