How do you replace an axle seal and bearing on a 1993 Ford Crown Victoria?

Assuming rear wheel drive and you're replacing the rear axle seal and bearing with drum brakes:

With rear axle off the ground, on stands or blocks and parking brake OFF, remove tire/wheel. Pull brake drum, check for retaining plate that holds bearing, it's usually a 4 bolt square plate near the center of the axle. With the axle off, attach an axle shaft puller to the axle and slide the weight vigorously down the shaft until it pulls off.

You will need to take the axle shaft to a shop that has a bearing press so that you can remove the old bearing and install the new one. Many auto parts retailers have a bearing press and won't charge to remove and replace a bearing from the shaft if you buy the parts from them.
