Disconnect positive battery cable, remove all the bolts and screws from the door panel, disconnect the electrical plugs and carefully remove the panel. Remove the two nuts that hold the handle on, remove the linkage and reverse procedure to install.

Unscrew and replace. i got my parts from eBay and had to buy washers and nuts. about 1 hour for a novice. inside door panel you will find an electric disconnect for windows. also, easy disconnect for mechanism and don't forget to replace lock, which is also easy.
