Locate sensor in exhaust pipe below exhaust manifold. When cold, unpug the wiring connector above it. Wires are permanent to the top of the sensor. Spray the lower body (near threads) with penetrating oil; like PB Blaster or Liquid Wrench. Let soak. For easy removal slip large BOX wrench over sensor and loosen to remove; then replace with new unit.
With an o2 sensor socket.

To replace the oxygen sensor on a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee, first, ensure the engine is cool and disconnect the negative battery terminal. Locate the oxygen sensor, typically found on the exhaust pipe or manifold; use a wrench or oxygen sensor socket to unscrew it. Install the new sensor by threading it in and securing it, then reconnect the wiring harness and the battery terminal. Finally, start the engine to check for proper function and any warning lights.
