Very easily, look under the dash on the passenger side, remove the large plastic cover, you should be able to see it once the plastic cover is removed, it is close to the firewall , and it is held in place by two bolts. FYI....... go to just about any autoparts store and purchase the haynes or chilton manual, it is around $15 bucks and is great for simple repairs such as this one. Or you can do like I did, buy the factory gm shop manuals off of eBay for around $120 bucks a set and save a ton of money on repairs in the long run. I have probably saved atleast $2k just in a year or so.

To replace the rear fan blower motor in a 2003 Honda Pilot, first, disconnect the negative battery cable for safety. Then, access the rear blower motor by removing the rear trim panel in the cargo area. Unscrew the old blower motor from its housing, disconnect the wiring harness, and replace it with the new motor. Finally, reassemble the trim panel and reconnect the battery.

Remove the wiring harness to the heater blower fan. Remove the retaining bolts. Remove the fan from the blower. Reverse the process to install the new heater blower fan.
