To replace the exhaust on a 2003 GMC Envoy, start by raising the vehicle securely on jack stands. Remove any rusted bolts and brackets using penetrating oil if necessary, then detach the old exhaust system, starting from the rear and working towards the front. Install the new exhaust by aligning it with the hangers and securing it with new bolts or clamps. Finally, double-check all connections for leaks and ensure everything is tightened properly before lowering the vehicle.
