Not a easy job. The dash needs to be removed to gain access to the temp actuator. To many steps to list here. Recommend purchasing a shop manual for that vehicle if you intend on replacing the actuator yourself.
is a 1995 s10 2.2 have solid or hydrilic lifters
Unfortunally you need to remove the entire dash assembly in order to gain access the the blend actuator. Consider replacing the heater core while your in there only because the amount of work involved to do it later if it should leak.
The answer is at www.autozone.com. I'm about to replace mine this weekend.
On a 2003 Chevy S10, the blend door actuator is typically located behind the dashboard, near the heater core and blend door assembly. To access it, you may need to remove the lower dash panel and possibly the center console, depending on the specific configuration. The actuator is usually mounted on the HVAC housing, and it controls the flow of air between the heater and air conditioning systems.
The temp blend door. It is electrically controlled by an actuator. It is located behind the dash assembly.
you have to take the dash out.it's a big project.

The heater temp blend door and actuator are located behind the dash assembly on top of the HVAC box. Unfortunately the dash assembly needs to be removed to gain access to it.
Pull the front dash bezel out that surrounds the cluster and the radio and the a/c-heater controls out and then remove the controller and replace the switch.............
You do not ,you replace it .
