Remove tire
Remove the two bolts holding on the callepers and lift the callepers off.
The Rotor should pull off they may be seased give them a smack with a deadblow and they should loosen enough to slide off.
Install the new rotor.
The calliper will need to be reset by removing the break pad and pressing the cylinder in with a calliper tool or a C clamp. (take care to depress the cylinder evenly)
Replace the break pad or put the old one back on. (you'll probably need to replace the break pad if your rotor needs replaced.)
Put the calliper back onto the rotor and bolt it back on
Place the wheel back on.
