Pull the silver or black trim strip in the middle of the rubber seal. Start at the bottom middle and pry out with a narrow screwdriver. The silver ones get all cracked- the black ones can be used again if you are careful removing it. Next start at the bottom corner behind the seats- the glass angle is obtuse- The other bottom corner has an acute angle that make it impossible to get out first. Use a larger screwdriver to get between the rubber seal and the shell. Have a helper inside with a stout narrow screwdriver. Have him get between the sluminum window frame and the rubber seal once you break through from the outside. One his screwdriver pops out side of the seal he can easily pry the glass outward to you- working his way to the back bottom corner. He bumps the bottom of the widow outward- you catch it. Install the rubber back on the window frame or the yard may charge them separately.
