I found it easier to pivot engine forward, (pk brake on, shifter in neutral), remove alternator (disconnect all terminals on alt), and use swivel spark plug socket (most places carry these now) and extension on driver. You still have to do alot by feel but patience helps. when i did mine i jacked up the van set parking brake put the trans in netrul and took off the motor monts on the radeator support the i used a rachet strap from the motor mount to the bumper to roll the motor forward removed the coil pack and was in there it took me about 45 min to change the back 3 and put it back together
