is the slave cylander visable under the vehicle?some have the clutch cylander inside the bell housing. if you cannot see the slave cylander you will need to remove transmission and bell housing to get at slave cylander

The slave clutch cylinder on a 1994 Honda Civic is located inside the engine compartment. On the driver-side close the firewall. The clutch fluid should be drained. Remove the mounting bolts and clutch lines to replace the slave clutch cylinder.

Not if it is working alright. however if you suspect its the worst for wear it would be a good idea,
should be located on the bell housing
under the car ... near the clutch housing .... you cant miss it
It is mounted on the front side of the transmission, It will have a black plastic line coming from it and going up to the clutch master cylinder.
Remove clutch cable connection and then remove slave cylinder line from master. Then unbolt slave master and remove it. Follow same procedure in reverse order.
It is under the battery tray on the bellhousing for the tranny.
