First Locate the heater assembly on the passenger side under the hood. You will need a dremel or similar cutting tool. Remove computer and coolant reserve. Now you need to look for the cut line, this is marked with writing "FOR SERVICE CUT HERE" THen cut as far as you can and the rest has a tear line so all you need to do is grab a pliers and pull it until the tear line rips clean. Next remove the bolt in the wheel well right in front of the blower. You can now remove the screws and replace the fan. Just did this last night took me about 1 hr and now i have heat again.
