The filter is located underneath near the right-front wheel well.
Relieve fuel pressure by pushing in the valve under the black tire-valve-cap-looking plastic cap on the rear of the fuel rail on top of the engine (don't spill fuel everywhere).
Use small pliers to remove the clamps on the fuel filter and replace it.
