You have to drop the gas tank. If you have to ask....its probably better to let someone else who has done it before do it for you. But to answer your question:
-Disconnect negative battery terminal
-Purge fuel system pressure at the schrader valve(looks like the air valve on a bicycle or car tire...it is located on the fuel rail on top of the intake manifold)
-Drop gas tank
-Disconnect fuel lines
-Remove fuel hat/fuel pump assembly
-swap out the parts
-Reinstall everything making sure it is all tight.
