NO the dash doesn't have to be removed. There should be a panel under the dash that is black and have a bunch of 7 mm screws securing it to the firewall/other plastic.
It is a very involved procedure. Get a manual on your car from the parts store or from AUTOREPAIR2000.COM
In a 2.5L the handle end faces up.
Yes, but only when you learn to write a coherent question.

The Lasko 6000 Cyclonic Ceramic Heater is for indoor use.
On the oil pan there is a cap you unscrew, and inside there is a "card board filter", that you would pull out and replace.
Look by the gas tank. It may be inline by the tank or in the tank itself. Good luck. Not to hard to change.
On the distributor.
13 gallons. Althou try not to let it get below a 1/4 tank on your gas guage. These guages are known to be faulty, and it could read a 1/4, and you could actually be on E! This leads to the inconveince of getting a tow, or a gas can, but also can shorten the life of a fuel pump.
Not exactly sure what the question is, so.. The Pontiac 6000 did not come from the factory with a Alarm. If yours has one, or whats left of one, then it was installed aftermarket. You can go to any of your local super electronics stores (best buy, Circuit City), and they can remove it, replace it, but they might not be able to fix it. Alarms are kinda like your cars oil. You cant really fix it, but you can easily replace it.
In the glove box. You will see a cover that says fuses on it. On the back of the fuse panal door you will find a fuse puller tool. Good Luck!
