Remove the bottom cover on the passenger side of the dash behind the glove compartment, disconnect the connector on the heater motor. remove the three (3) screws in the flange of the motor. pull down and toward the seat to remove the heater motor from the housing.
DO NOT DISTURB THE AIRBAG OR IT'S WIRING TO AVOID ACCIDENTAL DEPLOYMENT OF THE AIRBAG
YOU MAY WANT TO DISCONNECT THE NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE AND WAIT AN HOUR TO DISABLE THE AIRBAG.
