It is on the passenger side behind the ac freon tank. You have to work in insane tight spots. I used a stubby screw driver to remove hose clamps. remove just the clamps required to remove it. Remember witch way it was mounted....
It just takes a while because everything is tight on vans:}
help me preplace heater core in 92 Chevy van g20
On a 1994 Chevy G20, the heater control valve is typically located in the engine compartment, near the firewall. It is usually connected to the heater hoses that run from the engine to the heater core. You can find it on the passenger side, mounted to the firewall or near the intake manifold, depending on the specific engine configuration. Make sure to check the service manual for your vehicle for precise location details.
To replace the heater core in an '86 Chevy G20 van without a glove box, start by disconnecting the battery and draining the coolant. Remove the dashboard and the instrument panel to access the heater core housing, typically located behind the dashboard on the passenger side. Disconnect the hoses from the heater core and unbolt it from the housing. Replace it with the new core, reassemble everything, refill the coolant, and reconnect the battery.

Personally I do not know about a G20 1990 Chevy Van but the basics of heating are, the thermostat, heater control valve, heater fan and heater matrix. Does the van overheat at all, engine wise? Could be possible the system just needs a flush out. When you turn the heating dial (presuming it is a dial) you should hear a clunk which normally indicates the heater control valve switching over. Other than that, I've said all I can. Hope to be of some help, hope you get it sorted out.
How to replace starter on a 95 G20 infiniti?
Take off the belts then the hoses then the belts holding it on.
The 1994 infiniti G20 does not have a timing belt, thus you can't replace it even if you want to. The G20 has a timing chain and does not need changing ever!
A 1995 Infiniti G20 requires 3.4 quarts of oil for an oil change.
you will have to get to were the fluid resivor is for the washer. it will be located at the bottom of the resivor. all you do is pull on it to relese it from the resivor.then unhook the tube runnin to it and replace with your new pump..
