In need of advice on "How to" re. my 1998 Blazer. Hood cable appears "stretched" and fails to open to "receive" corresponding lach above. Results: Only closes to "secondary" laches. Complete and locking of hood, not possible. Would like to hear from anyone with either: replacement instruction or repair of same. ajm
